Please indicate the number of children under 18 years of age.

After confirming the reservation and receiving the offer from us, we ask you to pay an advance payment by pro forma invoice or via PayPal online payment in the amount of 25% of the total accommodation price (within 3 working days). The reservation is valid only after the advance payment has been paid. The remainder is paid upon arrival at the apartment.

For non-refundable reservations – 100% of the reservation is paid in advance.

In case of payment to a bank account, transfer the advance payment to our account:

In case of cancellation of the reservation or non-arrival at the apartment, the paid advance payment is not refundable and is considered as compensation to the host for the damage incurred for the canceled reservation. If payment is not made by the payment dates, the client is considered to withdraw from the offer and from the already paid advance payments, which the host can keep in terms of a refund.

By making payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of renting the apartment, which are stated on this invoice and the general terms and conditions stated on the apartment’s website and house rules.

Arrivals: 

Your apartment will be ready from 15:00 on the day of your arrival.  

Departures: 

We ask that you vacate the apartment by 10:00 on the day of departure.  

In case of early departure, we retain 100% of the overnight stay payment. 

Language of communication: 

Slovenian, English, Italian, Croatian, Serbian. 

Additional persons not listed at the time of booking €25 per person/night if the capacity of the apartment allows it. 

Tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to 3.10 EUR / day for adults and 1.55 EUR / day for children 7 – 18 years old. 

Pets are not allowed (Sea View Terrace Apartment and Stone Wall apartment). 

Pets are allowed (Apartment Isola) on request and for an additional charge of 10 EUR / per night. 

Check in/Check out 

Guests receive the apartment keys upon arrival after prior call or notification and agreement on the time of arrival by phone at 040 701 099 or 00386 40 701 099 after 15:00. For return, they must arrange in advance with the owner or call the same phone number and return them by 10:00 on the day of departure.  

Upon arrival, guests are required to register by presenting an ID (ID card or passport) for all persons staying in the apartments. For children, please provide birth details.  

Staying in the apartments is only allowed to guests who register with the owner. The owner does not assume any responsibility for persons who do not register with them. Persons who are not registered and who stay in the apartment without the owner’s knowledge – are not allowed and are financially and criminally liable for registration. In this case, the amount of 50 EUR / night is charged for each person found to be staying in the apartment without registering.
