Apartment Isola is located on the outskirts of the center of Izola, a 10-minute walk from the center of Izola, a 15-minute walk to the beautiful beaches of Izola. The apartment is ideal as a starting point for cycling, as it lies close to the famous cycling route, Parenzana. Smaller pets are also welcome in the apartment at an additional cost.
It is arranged on the ground floor of an apartment building, with a terrace and private parking in front of the house.
In the surrounding area you can enjoy activities such as swimming in the sea, sunbathing, hiking, fishing, scuba diving, cycling, canoeing and windsurfing. You can enjoy excursions and exploring the countryside, or treat yourself to gourmet dining in the restaurants, or enjoy a coffee on the terraces of the seafront bars.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed and a flat-screen cable TV and a kitchen with a dining area. There is a separate storage room and a large bathroom. The bedroom has a large double bed and an exit to the outdoor terrace with garden furniture.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, a flat-screen cable TV in the living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, separate heating for winter enjoyment on the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden furniture for peaceful enjoyment and free private parking under the canopy in front of the apartment in the yard.
The apartment is suitable for 4 people.
Bedroom: double bed measuring 160 × 200 cm.
Living room: sofa bed with a normal bed size 140 × 200 cm.
Parking is arranged in a private yard in front of the apartment. You can safely store your bicycles or other sports equipment in the lobby of the apartment. Or rent SUPs (boards) or bicycles from us.

Specify the number of children up to 18 years of age.
After confirming the reservation and receiving an offer from us, we ask you to pay an advance by proforma invoice or via online payment PayPal in the amount of 25% of the total value of the accommodation (within 3 working days). The reservation is valid only after the advance payment has been made. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment.
For reservations under non-refundable conditions – 100% of the reservation is paid in advance.
In case of payment on a transaction account, transfer the advance payment to our account:

In case of cancellation or non-arrival at the apartment, the paid advance payment is not refundable and is considered as a refund to the host for the damage caused by the canceled reservation. If payment is not made by the payment dates, the customer is considered to withdraw from the offer and from the already paid advances, which the roommate may keep in terms of refund.
By paying, you agree to the conditions of renting the apartment, which are stated in this pro forma invoice and the general conditions listed on the website of the apartment and the house rules.
Arrivals:
Your apartment is ready from 3 pm on the day of your arrival.
Departures:
We ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am on the day of departure.
In case of prior departure, we withhold 100% payment of overnight stays.
Language of communication:
Slovenian, English, Italian, Croatian, Serbian.
Additional persons not listed at the time of booking 25 € per person / night if the capacity of the apartment allows it.
Tourist tax is not included in the price and is 2.50 EUR / day for adults and 1.25 EUR / day for children 7-18 years.
Pets are not allowed (Sea View Terrace Apartment and Stone Wall apartment).
Pets are allowed (Apartment Isola) on request and surcharge 10 EUR / per night.
Check in / out
The keys to the apartment are given to guests upon arrival by prior call or notification and agreement on the time of arrival on tel. 040 701 099 or 00386 40 701 099 after 3 p.m. For a refund, they agree in advance with the owner or call the same phone number and return them on the day of departure by 10.00.
Upon arrival, guests must check in upon presentation of an identity document (identity card or passport) for all persons staying in the apartments. You provide birth data for children.
Accommodation in the apartments is only allowed to guests who check in with the owner. For persons who do not report to the owner, the owner does not assume any responsibility for them. Persons who are not registered and stay in the apartment without the knowledge of the owner – are not allowed and are themselves materially and criminally responsible for registration. In this case, the amount of 50 EUR / night is charged for each identified person who stays in the apartment unregistered.
