The cost of cleaning, disinfecting and preparing the apartment in the amount of €40/stay must be added to the price of the stay, which must be paid upon arrival.
Tourist tax
The tourist and promotion tax must be added to the price of the stay, which is paid upon arrival:
2.50€ for adults
1.25€ for children from 7 to 18 years old
it is free for children up to 7 years of age (firstly for exempted persons, in accordance with Article 18 of the Act on Promotion of Tourism Development (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 13/18)).
Upon arrival, a deposit of €100 is payable in cash for any minor damage caused and the return of the parking permit. The deposit is returned upon departure, if there is no damage to the apartment or the equipment and objects in the apartment. If the guest damages equipment, objects or the apartment in a value that exceeds the amount of the deposit, he is obliged to settle the damage in the actual value of the damage.
